"The Quick and the Dead" is the second episode of the second season Alphas. It aired on Syfy on July 30, 2012.
Synopsis
Dr. Rosen and his team launch an investigation into a killer with super-speed, but problems arise when the group realizes that their actions have led the evil Alpha directly to them, which results in deadly consequences.

- Their is a future relationship between Cameron Hicks and Danielle Rosen. This episode delves a bit into their relationship.[1]
- Guest characters in 2x02 include Eli Aquino, an alpha who can move very quickly and carries around a grudge, his old doctor Lance Casey, a newly widowed Caroline Westman, and Clinton, a DoD analyst who gets on Gary's bad side.[1]
