The second season of Alphas premiered on July 23, 2012 on the network Syfy in the United States.
The plot sets in about eight months after the events of Season 1, after which Dr. Rosen was institutionalized. He was discredited as a delusional individual after going public with the Alpha phenomenon.
During that time Rosen's Team was disbanded and the members either were used as a tool to capture other Alphas or were concerned with their own interests.

Dr. Rosen's daughter compromises everything when she exploits her relationship with Hicks to feed Stanton Parish information. During their visit, Skylars daughter Zoe gets kidnapped by Parish's men, who want the device back, which amplifies, both Scipios and Rachel's ability. Zoe is rescued by Hicks, Bill and Skylar. In the end, Rosen tasks Bill with finding the mole in their midst, and Skylar is approached by Stanton Parish. | |||||
