Although born in Australia, he lived there for only a short period of time before moving to Canada where he was raised. Personal details on his life are relatively scarce, and that's the way he likes it. What we know of him, as fans, becomes the roles he inhabits. He is known primarily for his television roles which began in 1992 with a recurring role on The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. and continue with 2006 drama Brothers and Sisters where he is a regular cast member. He has appeared with small roles in many features since his film debut in 1987.
