By increasing vasopressin levels, the user can induce a state of protectiveness such as a parent feels toward a child.
This power is similar to that of a Pheromone Generator. However, while that ability uses pheromones to manipulate hormones, a Hormone Augmentor can alter the target's physiology directly. Also, Hormone Augmentor causes others to generate hormones that are not in their own bodies. Phermone Generators and Empathetic Contagion generators cause others to feel the same emotions that they are feeling.
