Elias Toufexis is a theater, voice-over, motion capture and television and film actor whose heritage includes Scottish, German and largely Greek backgrounds. In Alphas, he plays the character of Cornell Scipio. He has had leading roles in TV shows like Smallville, Supernatural, Eureka, Lost Girl and Dead Like Me , and voice acting roles in several video games series such as Deus Ex, Splinter Cell and Suikoden Tierkreis.

Elias Toufexis went on to portray Kenzo Gabriel in the first season of Syfy's TV series the Expanse. He took on motion capture roles in the second season including the season-ending Hybrid in Caliban's War.
